1. Scope of Services

Omer Istanbul Dental Center provides dental services to international and local clients, including dental implants, zirconium crowns, veneers, smile design, and full-mouth restorations.

All dental treatments are performed exclusively by licensed dentists in Turkey.

This Agreement applies only to deposit payments made online to reserve an appointment or secure a treatment plan.

The deposit amount will be fully deducted from the total treatment cost once treatment begins at our clinic.

2. Payment and Confirmation

Deposit payments are processed securely through bank infrastructure with SSL encryption. After the payment is completed successfully, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and other payment options supported by our partner bank.

3. Purpose of the Deposit

The deposit payment serves as a reservation fee to confirm your dental treatment and secure your appointment date. Once paid, the clinic allocates resources, schedules the dentist, and reserves your treatment slot.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the clinic cancels or cannot provide the agreed service, the deposit will be fully refunded to the customer.

If the customer cancels or does not attend the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers administrative and preparation costs.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same payment method within 14 business days.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

Omer Istanbul Dental Center agrees to provide professional dental care services at international quality standards, protect all personal and payment data securely, and honor the confirmed appointment upon deposit payment.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate personal and contact information, attend the confirmed appointment or notify the clinic in advance, and acknowledges that all dental services are provided in Turkey by licensed professionals in accordance with national regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omer Istanbul Dental Center shall not be held liable for medical complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, travel-related issues such as flight delays, cancellations, or visa problems, and miscommunication caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
